Summary: This home is 2nd to none (clean, spacious and welcoming)!!! There are tons of nice homes out there but there are very few that feel like home away from home. Very few hosts are as amazing as Leah her effective communication and care goes a long way. We will be staying again in the future.

Summary: We were so impressed with this house and the experience we had there. It was all of our first time in phoenix and our stay here is what will make it the most memorable. Summary: This was perfect for my extended family to stay for my Moms birthday party in Sun City. Easy to communicate with host and everything was clean and as advertised. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but we highly enjoyed the patio with the lighted view of the backyard and the sound of the fountain! Would definitely stay again!

Summary: It was an awesome place for a family get together. It is a beautiful house stocked with everything we needed. The family spent most of the time in the backyard oasis enjoying the pool, hot tub, waterfall and grill. The amenties Leah leaves for guests was also nice touch. She is an awesome hostess and we had plenty of instructions and she was also readily available if needed. The house is in a great neighborhood. Also only minutes away for lots of activities other than just the sports complex. Altho it is a big benefit having the games so close. Would definitely recommend this as a great family destination especially for spring training.

Summary: Check in process and communication with host was easy and awesome. Home was clean, comfortable, and had all we needed. Backyard was perfect isolated (walled) oasis with heated pool and simple hot tub. Close enough to Phoenix to get to a baseball game. Far enough out to get to some northern hiking trails.
